Performance Characteristics
The metal shredder is composed of motor, hard tooth surface reducer, imported alloy blade, frame, machine base, box body, working platform and other main structures. The blade is made of imported SKD11 material. After heat treatment, the hardness reaches above HRC60*, so it has a long service life, strong shearing ability, good tearing effect, and high production capacity. The normal use of more than 1,000 tons requires sharpening. The double-shaft metal shredder adopts PLC programmable control, with high degree of automation and easy operation.
