2. Precautions for starting up the shredder equipment
(1) Open the conveyor behind the shredder first.
(2) Then open the shredder equipment.
(3) Finally, open the feeding conveyor.
(4) Listen to the machine for abnormal noise, and check the equipment if there is abnormal noise.
(5) When feeding the shredded materials, the materials must be evenly loaded.
3. Maintenance of mechanical equipment
(1) The feeding of materials must be stopped before the machine stops.
(2) After the material is stopped, the machine runs for a period of time in order to clean up the residual material inside the machine and increase the resistance.
